As we continue to rapidly expand our US team, we are hiring a Client Service Executives to join our Agency team here in our NYC office.
As an Agency Client Services Executive, you will manage a base of Agency & Indirect customers, primarily Independents, helping to ensure their continued success using Brandwatch, as well as retaining their business and increasing revenue where opportunity exists.
You’ll collaborate closely with relevant Group Managers (our Agency Sales Executives) to address and act on significant opportunities and risks within Group or Key Agencies.
In addition to how well you develop revenue from your existing client list, your success will also be measured and recognised on your ability to generate brand-direct business referrals.
